Delivery policy

We deliver within a 20km Radius of Westport, Ontario and Merrickville, Ontario If you are outside our radius please call (613-407-9074) or email (katie@wwwpetsupplies.com) before placing your order.

All Orders that include a bag of dog food, cat food, litter, or bird seed qualify for free delivery. All other orders will have a $3.00 delivery fee.

We now offer shipping Canada wide! If you are outside of Canada but would like to place an order please email before placing your order. (info@wwwpetsupplies.com)

We are happy to offer same day Delivery*. We will contact you to arrange a delivery window.

Special Order Items

We are pleased to offer a greater variety of products on our online store than what we can carry in-store.  This could include a wider variety of flavours or variations of your favourite pet foods, or increased offerings of pet treats and other pet accessories.  We can order in most brands of dog and cat food in 7 to 10 days. 

We will phone or email you when an item has arrived.  While pet accessories follow the same ordering schedule, due to the pandemic, delivery of some items could be longer.  We do our very best to only offer items that are available in these uncertain times.

Our orders are made on Monday with deliveries arriving Thursday and Friday of the same week. For prompt arrival of your special order item place your order before Monday.

Online orders must be shipped back to the store to be refunded or exchanged.

All of our products warrantees and guarantees are through the manufacturer. This means that any warranty related requests must go through the manufacturer. If you are unsure who to contact give us a call.

Any item may be returned with in 6 months of purchase in original packaging.
